Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your VANLOOSH pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Limited edition pieces once the return window has passed
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at vanloosh@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you need a different size or have received a faulty item, please contact us at vanloosh@icloud.com and we will do our best to assist you.
