Delivery
We ship all orders from London, UK. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
- UK Standard: 3–5 business days
- UK Express: 1–2 business days
- International: 7–14 business days depending on destination
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@vanloosh.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Please note: Limited edition pieces marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
The Infinity Buy-Back Programme
VANLOOSH Infinity pieces are designed to be passed forward. When your child outgrows their Infinity Collection garment, we will buy it back, restore it, and give it a new life.
To initiate an Infinity buy-back, please contact us at hello@vanloosh.com with your original order number and photos of the garment. Our team will assess the condition and provide a buy-back value within 3 business days.
Buy-back values are issued as store credit and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Can I cancel or amend my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact us immediately at hello@vanloosh.com.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear this. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will resolve this promptly.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. International duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
