2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on www.vanloosh.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
3. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
4. Orders & Contract
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at Vanloosh@icloud.com.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that personalised or hygiene-sensitive items may be exempt from this right.
8. Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an issue.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
